Hi!
I’m Luke

I’m a second-year Communication Design student at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. I am participating in a professional practice program that requires students to complete alternating semesters of classroom study and work experience.

As a communication designer, I want to focus on amplifying peoples stories through a visual and interactive means. I also intend to focus on the inclusivity of my design by being aware of who is interacting with the media I create.

In my free time I enjoy visiting my family and pets, crocheting, screen printing t-shirts, and playing my favorite Nintendo games. I love being involved in organizations and am currently serving as the Vice President of DAAP Tribunal and an exec member of Design for America.

Lately, I have grown an affinity for 3D sculpting. This has lead me to learn to navigate Blender and create my own 3D rendered scenes. I hope I can implement this into my future work and I have enjoyed experimenting with all the features in the software so far!
